At Grove Cleaners we are happy to mention that we offer comprehensive dry cleaning and fabric care all completed in-house at our state of the art facility, and we complement those services with convenient and free pick and up and delivery 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. With over seven decades of industry experience, and equipped with team members that have been part of our family for more than 30 years, we pride ourselves in achieving total customer satisfaction and top recognition as the premier choice for our loyal clientele.
Our process is very systematic and we have an unwavering commitment to follow strict quality procedures to ensure that each piece is treated and delivered exceeding our expectations and standards first. From the moment we pick up your garments and bring them to our facility, each item is carefully inspected for stains, wear and minor repairs. We then sort pieces from colors, to delicates, to laundered, to pre-treated for stains, and send each to the corresponding department for the required care. We follow a rigorous and methodic process to inspect that all stains have been removed and we select items that need to be retreated if necessary. We proceed to the pressing stage, which is done by our expert craftsmen and finalized by hand, and we conduct a thorough inspection before assembly and delivery can take place. Items are assembled into orders with their respective information to return to our customers within the specified timeframe.
